Give Resources

Would it be possible to implement some sort of give resources, whether in predetermined denominations or custom values?

That's definitely on the list, in the Trade Post feature.  The main way to do that sort of thing now is to grant resource capacity between players by just gifting harvesters back and forth.

I did not know that you could gift harvesters to each other. Wouldve been nice to know on my last game, I had tons of crystal on my 2 planets, but no metal. My allies had tons of metal, but no crystal  :D Waiting until we hit the 600k caps for it to share was acceptable, but whever I started building it stopped sharing. I wish I had known...
