Exploiting Hacking post-response
« on: June 30, 2015, 05:30:08 pm »
Destroying the OCStation just at the end of the hacking make the post-response to be canceled.

Is this true? (I'm not totally sure, I need to test again at slow speed.)
Is it because I neutered the planet before the hacking? With the OCStation destroyed the post-response had nowhere to spawn? But I think to remember they sometimes spawn at random...

I think this matters because if it's true, it feels like an exploit to avoid the post-response.

If you destroy the CS right at the end of the hack, doesn't the hack fail to complete?

Or are you talking about popping it while reinforcements are spawning?

Destroying the OCStation right after the hacking completed, so HaP are spent, hacking is completed (design is downloaded or corrupted, etc).
