More selection options!

I love all the selection options, but even MORE would be even BETTER.

There are one or two things that I miss sorely and should be trivial adds, if anyone else wants them. L and Shift-L round up by default, and it's beyond useful for dealing with CPAs etc and just in general. But there are many times when I want the opposite... take half, but round DOWN, i.e. the better ships get dropped off. Then I can send this lesser group off to guard some minorly important place.

(I realized just now that you can probably work around that by Ctrl-1ing a group, hit L, then hit Ctrl-Alt-1... hmm... maybe this renders my whole objection moot. You could also get 3/4s of a group fairly easily that way too, couldn't you?)

I also noticed there seems to be no galaxy option for showing energy use. That would be handy from time to time.

I use the option to split groups a lot, and I too wouldn't mind a way to reverse that selection. So I can split it, give orders, select all again, reverse split and give orders to the other half.  Currently the only way I know to do this is to send one group off to the side of a planet and out of the way so I can select all on the rest. With slow ships, this can cause slight delays. Nothing big, but it is a minor thing that would be nice.

Give orders to the entire group, then split and give a different order to the subset. Job done?
