In my newest game, one of the unlocks the AI got was tachyon microfighters. Ugh, I thought, this is going to make scouting a whole lot more painful. But then I saw that they don't seem to be revealing my scouts. That made me wonder. Do tachyon microfighters reveal cloaked stuff when in stand-down mode? If not, that would explain why they don't seem to be hampering my scouting efforts much. If they do, well, I guess I can attribute this to their rather small tachyon-beam range.
