Weird graphic glitch.

I am seeing lasers firing from a dead riot ship that was crossing a neutral system. Here is a screenshot of it happening.

That's not a graphical glitch, that's the laser module having become detached from the parent ship.  So it's a bug where the module is continuing to live despite its parent ship being dead.

Btw, are you sure the parent ship died, as opposed to going to another planet?

I am sure it died. That entire fleet insta killed the riot ships that were passing by.

Hmm I was pretty sure myself it's a known bug - hybrids get it a lot with their laser modules.

I didn't realize it was a frequent thing with hybrids.  Anyway, will make a point to address this soon.

I've seen this happening in a different circumstance. My fleet was leaving a planet, riots included. When they went through the wormhole, some riot lasers suddenly appeared out of thin air from a nonsensical distant position. IIRC, the lasers were aimed at a wormhole guard post.

I'm usually seeing this one when hybrid flies in direction of fleet/away from fleet and dies during that - quite often it's modules (I think I seen it mostly with lasers) will shot one more salvo at the fleet. Haven't checked if those shots actually do the damage but they are directed at actual ships in this case.
