Updating from 2.0 to 3.0

I have the original version of the game but not the expansion yet. When I try to update the original game it tells me:

The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.

I purchased it thru BMT Micro. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure what is causing your problem, but you should be able to download the full 3.0 version and use the key you received.

Sorry abou this, the pre-3.0 updater caused a load issue that caused out host to disable that file. Right now you can get it from our mirrors, as you just did, but none of them are yet a place I can redirect the older updater to. I am working with one FTP hosting place to get space so that I can redirect, but they are very slow to get back to me.
