turning off "you win" text after completing a game

so my friend and I just finished our second 7/7 game, we actually finished this one! so he gets the idea to conquer the rest of the galaxy now that we've eliminated the AI homeworlds. unfortunately we haven't figured out a way to turn off the 'you win' message. we can make it not blink, but no idea how to turn it off.

is there anyway to turn off the 'you win' text?
