Syncing across clients...

Not sure what it is doing, (steam cloud?) but how do you stop it..

It adds quite a lot of time to starting a game.

Welcome to the forums :)

The syncing there isn't talking about steam cloud (the game doesn't use that), it means that it's packing up the game state and sending it to all the players and then each player's computer ("client") unpacks it.  It even does this in single player (minus the actual network traffic, obviously) to maintain consistency, etc.

Ok then thats fine. Its just a bit annoying to see it sit there for a while. =)
