Not sure if it is the same issue or not. I recently tried to purchase the most recent expansion through Steam. The transaction went through and I have a confirmation number. However, the CD key does not show up when I click "View CD key" for Ancient Shadows, just the base game and the other 3 expansions.  Additionally, when I click DLC in the steam window, Ancient Shadows is not listed.  However, going into the store and to the Ancient Shadows page, it lists it as purchased. I have had a ticket open with Steam Support for over a week.  Any suggestions for help?  Should I just dispute the credit card charge and buy directly?

Definitely don't dispute the charge -- I believe that can get your whole steam account messed up pretty badly.  I will send a note to Valve and see if I can find out what is going on.

Can you post or pm your steam account name to me? Valve are asking for that I order to finish looking into things. Thanks!

Awesome, thanks for all the info you sent directly.  The Valve engineer thinks he has it fixed.  Can you verify?
