Let's say I forgot my key

So, if - purely hypothetically - I had forgotten or misplaced my licence keys for AIW and all the expansions, what could I do to do retrieve them?

It depends on where you bought it from, honestly.  If you bought through a vendor that is not us, you just go to that vendor and typically it's right there in your account.

If you bought from us, you just send a note to arcengames at gmail dot com, noting what email address you bought the game with, or your name, and we'll send you the keys.

Actually we get like 5 of these a week, you'd be surprised.

Well, it was so long ago I actually no longer remember where I bought it from.

...but probably just from the most directly accessible store. Now what is this cloudflare business and why can't I see the email address?

Cloudflare is a security thing that keeps out spammers (and does a really good job at it), and which also notifies people when it can't get to our site because Rackspace is having a blip.

Can you see the email address now?  I fixed it for you.

Anyway, support is always appreciated, but really you don't have to buy it again if you don't have the money in particular!  You already have the game, so just shoot us an email!

Well, whether you can get the keys back or not, I'll buy the game again. If the old keys can be retrieved, I'll give the spare ones to my brother. Must've been his birthday one or two weeks ago, anyways
