So a friend and I completed a campaign with 20 planets without any expansions, we had no problems with the performance. Sometimes when we entered a system with thousands of ships, it was understandable that we got minor lags.
Now we started a new campaign with 80 planets with all expansions and even at the start the game performance is really low, it lags quite heavily and we haven't even started properly. The thing is that AI War doesn't require a ton of power and so I wanted to ask if this is normal or not?
I meet the minimum requirements although I know that my pc isn't that new. It makes no difference who hosts, so is it an issue due to my slower pc or internet lag?
