[Solved] Unable to download the Update

When i attempt to download the 3.0.6.0 update, i am recieving an error: "Unable to download the Update" Details "An error occurred while trying to download the file.
  The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."  

I am currently running 3.0.5.9.  Any ideas?

Whoops, that is my bad.  ACL settings on Amazon S3 don't always propagate like I expect, this is something I'm still getting used to from the last few days.  I had checked that the Xml file was working fine, but the actual update package itself wasn't.  It's all good now, though -- sorry for the confusion!
