alittle off the original question but does anyone else notice if you move your mouse at +10 speed the game speeds up?

When you get to +10 speed game speed seems to be somehow tied to fps.
And moving mouse gets these to increase heavily.. accidentally you get more game speed :D

+/- speed affects the UI as well, so at +10 speed the UI becomes less responsive.  I suppose at -10 speed the UI is more responsive, but you probably wouldn't notice.

one last question done know if i should start a new post for it or if asking here would be ok but how do you turn off the pause when the game window isnt the main screen?

In the Settings screen under the Interface Tab there is a Disable Pause on Lost Focus check box that you can check to get the behavior you want.
