How to change Graphics?

When you first start the game, it has a little pop-up window that asks you to change the graphics settings, etc. I need to change them since I've been lagging in-game, bur I can't find where to change those settings are... help!

There is a Settings button in the main menu, or after you have started a game it is in the ESC menu you can bring up.

Then there is a Graphics tab I believe it is called.
