desync file.
« on: April 26, 2014, 09:58:56 pm »
We were doing an advanced construction hack. No other campaign was runned before this one.

A dire guardian was about to spawn in 2 seconds while there was a minute 30 left on the hack. I was switching between game speeds quite a bit from !!!! to 5. The game desynched at speed 5.

I think the biggest clue might be in what provoked the guardian layer. We did control a contingent system for about 17 minutes before the guardian layer got provoked so I do not know why it decided to turn on magically. It somehow got provoked when we were doing a hack 3 jumps away.

I do not feel like getting mantis but my partner tech made a mantis.

It is worth noting that the client (me) did not create a desync errors log.

Also, we had +2 network set.

For 7.021:

* Fixed a longstanding desync bug where Dire Guardian Lairs on client machines would get an extra build point (if alerted) upon the client loading the data, thus leading to it doing certain logic 1 second before the host, thus causing a desync.

Thanks very much :)
