Getting this error(unhandled exception, copied from the log file), any ideas?

Hi Chris,

Thanks for posting, and for your interest in the game.  Sorry to hear of the troubles you are having.  What version of the demo did you install?  It sounds like you then updated it to another version, either via the updater or prereleases?

I would suggest simply applying this, which should resolve your problem whatever the cause, but I would be curious as to how it arrived at this state (some of the updater logic does not seem to be working right for localization when prereleases are installed and then the updater is used):  http://www.arcengames.com/share/AIWar1000To1301.zip

Then unzip it into your game folder (usually C:\Program Files\Arcen Games\AI War\ unless you specified something else).  Please make sure that your unzip process keeps the folder structure from the zip file, rather than just unpacking all of the files into the base target directory.  This is a cumulative update, so as long as you have at least version 1.000 of the game installed, this will update you to the latest version (1.301) without any issues.

OK thanks ill try it.

I got the demo exe from some third party download site during some idle surfing, cant remember which, before I found your site.  I'll see I can find it and let you know.

Ill re download the proper demo from your site at home and see if that works out better.
