updated manual

Where can I find an updated manual? In Steam there is still the old versionwithout all the additions of patch 4.0.
In my gamefolder I cannot see any manual.
At least where can I find the list of new features of the last patch?

The updated manual is in the RuntimeData folder, or should be.  If you download the latest beta, it will definitely put the latest manual in there (if the steam version is outdated), but that will also update the game significantly (the next official is coming in January).

In general, the wiki is a lot more complete than the manual, but the manual is a good starting point.
