Bought AI war on steam, Game says its a demo
« on: July 08, 2012, 03:42:25 pm »
When I launch Ai war, it says 'Base game unlocked'

At the top left part of the screen, it says ' game version Trial... only easy AI and 3 hours paytime'

I purchased the game but it says I only have the demo. Can anyone explain? I have access to the expansions, yet when I start a game a countdown timer runs down even though I purchased the game! Can anyone help?  :(

You need to enter the licenses into the license screen when you load the game. Congratulations on picking out a great game.

This. Also, once you've done that, it's prudent to restart the game to make sure everything is unlocked properly.

It may be that you entered a license key for the base game but not for the enabled expansions; if you have keys for those expansions you can enter them, or if not you can disable an expansion you don't have a key for by unchecking the box next to the expansion's name on that same screen :)

You're allowed to enable expansions you don't have keys for so you can try them out in trial mode, but it does make the game run in trial mode.
