You can use your AI War key with the "Activate a product on Steam..." feature on the Steam games list in order to unlock it on Steam. No worries there; you won't have to buy it twice. :)

Ok, now i'm having a problem: i can't enable the Zenith Remnant because it's not installed, and the button to download it doesn't work.

On Steam, that button may be disabled, I don't recall off the top of my head.  The best way to get TZR on Steam is simply to input your license key for TZR just like you did for AI War itself.  Then Steam will automatically install TZR for you, also.

I just had to register my TZR key on Steam and AI War took care of the rest.
