Spire shield guard post after destruction of station

I have destroyed station.

Spire shield post does not self destruct. But if I save game after destruction of station and then quit game and reload the save there is no more that post. What is right? Should this post self destruct after destroying station?  Or is it bug when I read save?

it only self destructs if there are no enemy ships underneath it. This was probably the case.

the fact is it does not self destruct untill i save and reload the game. After I reload there is no such post.

Now that is a bug. The ingame check and the on load check should be the same for this particular behavior. Ether the AIs in game check is missing times where it should scrap the post, or the AIs on load check is scrapping the post when it shouldn't.
