error : images in game are not loading

if there is a solution - sorry, i've bought yesturday game in steam, and it is hard for me to seach in english..
i've got ATI Radeon HD3850 (core 2 duo E6750, 3GB Ram), when i load game - there is no
background, when i load game - no background and no ships, there is no images - just  rhombus and squares.
I attach two error files that i found.

Also i tied on netbook Asus 1215N - and there it runs normally.
On both computers i downloaded it via steam.
Sorry, if there was such topic. Just show me where to read...

Your install on the first machine is simply  missing a ton of files, it looks like, so you'll want to verify your cache in steam.  If that doesn't work just reinstall

Check cache in steam and delete+install again - that were the first two things i did... But it didn't help... Then i found in topic about errors names of files, deleted them, just started the game(only main screen, then exit), looked at errors - and found that those "can't be loaded" files are at their places and can be opened manually. After that started game again, hosted game for myself- to be sure all errors were written in file.
For example - weight of AI War folder (in steam folder) is 885 Mb (895 "on disk").

Hrm, odd.  My guess then is that the game doesn't have read rights to that whole folder, and thus can't load them (whereas you do have those rights, and thus can open the files manually).

If that's not the case, my next guess is intermittent hardware failure, but that seems unlikely because it wouldn't be isolated to that one program

it would be really strange - because i've got windows XP, not win7 (but on notebook there IS win7), old-good winXP, that never asks me any rights. Also on both computers i've got Avast antivirus, to be sure - just few moments ago i turned Avast off and tried again - no results. so it can't be rights, i think. and for the isolating - the same argumets - it is just funny in my situation
