CTRL + Shift + 0

CTRL + 0 sets units to group 0.

CTRL + SHIFT + 0 should add units to group 0, but doesn't. Makes it a bit more difficult to micromanage the MRS.

Unfortunately, this is an issue with Windows Vista and 7 that extends well beyond AI War (causing problems in Excel and many other programs).  On the bright side, there is an easy workaround from Microsoft:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/967893
