AI Science Vessel not on intel report?

Not sure if this is a bug or just quirk of some nature, but one of the AI has a science vessel (not advanced research station...which is weird by itself since I've never seen them having a science vessel) and it isn't showing on the galaxy intel report. It's desc says it unlocks new technology and such like an adv but it only generates 2 knowledge. In case it matters, it is AI 2 which is set to The Tank, level 2 diff

I took the planet and it did not unlock anything new so it is in fact just a normal science lab, nothing fancy. Still it isn't showing on the galactic intel screen (I have a scout there) so kind of weird... o.O

Running 4.041 Core + Zennith. Dyson Spheres enabled (naturally it had to be on the planet with two core fabs, AND advanced factory.... ). Forget what other minor factions i have. Snake map type, 40 planet I believe.

I've seen this before as well; just an ordinary science vessel with no unlocks. I certainly didn't mind picking up an extra +2kn for free, but it was kind of strange.

They do show up, but I believe it's just as Resource or something like that on the list of enemy stuff.  It's just a normal lab, nothing special!
