An unhandled exception has occured

This is on a fresh install of XP. The repair function from the setup file did not fix this. While still viewing the AI War splash, I get notification of an unhandled exception. Below is the content of the referenced txt file.

I don't have more time to work on it today (I spent all day debugging this comp), but a quick seach showed me like 12 posts, some with very similar errors. I will check them out, but in the meantime i thought someone could point me to the most relavant thread. I'll be back tomorrow morning to work on this again and work through the ~12threads.

Hi Fleet,

Sorry to hear about your trouble there.  Usually what causes this to happen is when one of the music files is corrupted, although it may be some sort of multithreading race condition on certain computers.  Regardless, this has only happened for 2-3 people that I know of, and it happened consistently for them and not at all for anyone else.  The beta prereleases should resolve this for you -- the current one is ZF, in the main forum.  If that doesn't do it, can you post the new error that you get with the latest prerelease?  But, it's fixed it for the other couple of folks, so hopefully that will do it for you, also.
