Original Purchase from GameStop

Hi

Purchased AI War: Fleet Command and 4 expansions from Gamestop. I tried, later to use the serials to install thru Steam but they say that game is installed (which is was thru GameStop. I would like to buy another expansion, but all require Steam and my game + Exp are loaded thru GameStop. How can I load them thru Steam?

Hi there,

Most likely the base game key was keygenned and used on Steam -- that happened with Valley 1 and the base game of AI War, unfortunately, for some players.  If you email arcengames at gmail dot com with some form of proof of purchase or similar, I can send you a steam key for the base game.  You should then be able to register your expansion keys no problem, but if you have any trouble I can get you steam keys for them, too.  Though if you have Ancient Shadows, I'll need to send you a key along with the one for the base game, because that one doesn't register on steam.
