Teleporting?

How to deal with teleport raiders and battle stations, they are very easy to kill, but you can't stop them at your wormhole (i think). only way is to put ships at your home command stations

Sniper and spider turrets are good. But I also really like to set up bait for them with tirrets around the bait. Usually that would be on a forward planet with only a few resources, so the resources themselves and the command station would be the bait. If you use exo shields then they will usually go straight for the command station, which can be helpful.

As far as bait, get a Zenith trader to swing by then plop down an Ion cannon, Mass driver, what have you... Stupid AI always thinks it should go for those first, even if it's across the system and heavily guarded :)

They do have to wait about a second after wormholing before they can teleport, lightning turrets can be helpful, since their shot has no travel time.

Lightning turrets ruin teleporting units.  I was playing in a game with a friend who had them and I had to go through the wormholes first to take out any lightning turrets or he lost his whole fleet.

I'm fighting an AI, and at 200 progress he unlocked teleport raiders and suddenly realized they were his favorite unit.  The AI is doing back to back waves of 500+ teleport raiders (he's done this 3 times so far), its only 2h 30m in with 220 AI progress.  These things literally destroy every command station of mine within about 10 seconds.  I was playing on unannounced waves/cross planet waves, which has been alright, except clearly I'm at a huge disadvantage now that he can instantly and unannounced rampage through my territory. :(

Doddler, that is a tough scenario for sure.  I would suggest potentially having higher-mark command stations, which have more health.  Then if you cluster turrets, etc, around them, that will clear out a lot of the tele-raiders while they are trying to kill the command station.

yeah, cpa waves in this case isnt helping you at all, as the answer to teleporters is lightning turrets and a force feild at the target, with scrap/rebuild when declared against a different target.  When they are coming from anywere without warning it gets kinda tough.  Oh well at least they are raiders and not stations.
