Thanks for your advice. I will do some more knowledge-raids and try to get more long range stuff, while my dreadnoughts do some damage.

Update:
I managed to destroy 3 guard-posts but then the ai send >500 Tec4 bombers and elek. shuttles... my fleet wasn't rebuild yet. Nothing I could stop. I've lost 7 planets and my Homesation in less then 30 minutes. :(
