Scrolling with the keyboard

I know that i can scroll with the keyboard by pressing  q,w,e,r

however those scroll too much that it is hard to find what you want to zoom in on.
is there a way to scroll in smaller amounts with the keyboard?

playing on a laptop without a mouse is really hard to manage the scrolling and clicking.

help would be appreciated

You bet!  Just using PgUp and PgDown will let you smooth-scroll in and out with the keyboard.  I imagine that playing most any RTS game would be wicked difficult without a mouse, but it certainly can be done.  If you're interested in a fuller list of keyboard shortcuts and the like, be sure to check out the end of the game manual, or open the game settings window and click the View Controls button.  You can also get to View Controls from in the in-game menu (where you save your game, basically).
