Parasite/Warp gate Control groups

Is there any easy way to use Warpgates or Parasites as well as control groups?
Warpgates don't inherit control groups, and parasites victims inherit their killer's control group.

I'm not sure I understand the issue here.
You can assign control groups to any structure with a build queue and what they create will inherit that group, even if spawned at a warp gate.

That does not appear to be the case, hence this post. all my factories were control grouped. Using a warpgate, transported units had no control group.


Maybe its a setting in options or CTRLS?
