Hello, thanks for spreading the word. Here are some notes.
You don't need double mercenary dock early (you can't afford the first one yet anyways).
Your turret placement isn't right. You want to cover your home command station but also try to reach the incoming wormhole. You either want to do straight lines or clusters that cover multiple defensive targets at once. This is a good initial video for how to start game, but you completely skipped over the settings for things like core shield generators (teach people how to turn that off, as it completely changes the way the game progresses).
I think you tried to do too much in one video. I think the first video to just be about settings, the next video should be about starting the game, the following video should be about the middle game and finally the endgame.
But that's just my critique. I guess it's hard to fit everything into one video. I do appreciate people making Let's Play YouTube videos, so thanks for that!
