My Command Centers (and AI Progress)

I'm a little confused on AI Progress with respect to building command centers.

I know AI progress goes up for destroying an AI command center. After that, I have some questions:

Say I do the following 5 steps:
1) I destroy an AI command center on their planet
2) I build a command center on the same planet
3) The AI destroys that command center
4) I rebuild the command center
5) The AI destroys it again.

Reading the wiki page, it sounds like AI progress goes up for #1, #3, and #5. Is that correct?

And the AI progress increase for destroying my command center (#3 and #5) is stronger if a higher level command center was destroyed - is that also correct?

I typically think of the AI destroying one of my secondary command centers as an annoyance, but I recently realized it could be raising my AI progress higher permanently, which if true gives me a lot more motivation to carefully protect them!

No worries, the only thing that would make them go up is #1, there.  That is flagged as "AI ONLY" on the AI Progress increase to denote that the AIP only goes up when the AI loses such a structure, not when you do.

I understand you're referring to this line on that page (which I believe is 15 now - so here's a reminder to update the wiki   ):
#  Orbital Command Station +10 AI Progress If Killed (AI ONLY)

However, what are these lines referring to (they don't say "AI ONLY" in them, so I assumed they meant different types of my own command stations)?:
#  Orbital Command Station Home Core Mark III +80 AI Progress If Killed
#  Orbital Command Station Home Core Mark II +60 AI Progress If Killed
#  Orbital Command Station Home Core +40 AI Progress If Killed
#  Orbital Command Station - Home Planet +30 AI Progress If Killed

Edit: Speaking of updating the wiki, it looks like co-processors should be added to the AI progress page as well.

The command station home core thingies are what you get in a multiplayer game if either a new player joins or a player loses a home station.

The high mark levels denotes that you suck and have lost it multiple times. (yes, the better home cores actually do give more resources)

So what's the difference between these two items, then?:
#  Orbital Command Station Home Core +40 AI Progress If Killed
#  Orbital Command Station - Home Planet +30 AI Progress If Killed

Edit: Actually I think I get it, after reading some threads on multiplayer. The "Home Planet" is their original command station, and the "Home Core" is a Mk. I command station is one that was gifted to them by another player to get them "back in the game" - is that right?
