You're probably already familiar with the videos available on youtube I take it. Although I don't think any of those show a full game (because it would be about 5,000 different video segments) and they're pretty much all outdated. I would also be interested in being able to see how others play the game.
In fact, what would be really cool is the ability to record a demo file that can then be passed around and played back in a sort of spectator mode. No doubt it would require more coding than would make it worthwhile, but a man can dream.
