Good examples of ship combinations

This thread is just going to be some good ship combinations, whose mechanics or complementary stats or whatnot work together to produce more than their sum, so to speak.

This could be in either AI or human hands.
This can include bonus ships, experimental ship stuff, starships, human exclusive or AI exclusive stuff, whatever.

Here is one the AI in my game just sprung on me.

Saboteurs (the ones that will inflict "will explode and cause damage to nearby ships" damage) and decoy drones (I am fighting an experimentalist AI). So basically, the saboteurs can rack up the "explosion damage" on my ships, while even if I focus fire them, the decoy drones will buy them some extra seconds to rack up even more potential "explosion damage". Not terrifying (like, say, sheild bearers + saboteurs could be), but it is proving to be tricky as it basically multiplies the damage my losses on the field, with the direct way to avoid it (shoot at them before they can shoot at me) partially countered. :o

Champion + Riot starships.

Shield bearers + scapegoats.

Gravity drains + long-range units.

Younglings + more younglings.

Tackle drones + spire blade spawners/enclave starships.

AI: Tractors + raid engine

AI: Raid and EMP guardians

Radar Jammer II + Speed boosters/logistics stations

Cloaker starships + warheads.
If warheads can't solve it, use more warheads.

Fallen Spire + Champions + Spire Corvettes has been a lot of fun to play for me.

Corvettes, Spire ships, and modular fortresses all get stronger the more turrets you research.  For bonus fun, Enclave Starships do, too.  Can basically research offense and defense at the same time by pouring knowledge into turrets.  :)

Because refleeting is for dummies.

Spire Corvettes + Neinzul Scapegoats.  I haven't played a serious game with them, but testing revealed that it only takes a sacrifice of two Scapegoats to resurrect a Spire Corvette.  Even at mark I that's a 135,000 resource starship for 1,600 resource worth of Scapegoats, an 84-fold value boost.

Youngling Tigers + (Spiders or Spire Railclusters or Youngling Commandos) + (Acid Sprayers or Zenith Reprocessors).   Any such combination will provide a ship with a chunky hull bonus against every enemy hull type save command-grade.  There might be other such combinations.

Bomber + Sniper
Munitions Booster + Turrets (Especially Mark IV HBC)
Bomber + Teleport Battle Station + Zenith Starship
Bomber + Laser Gatling + Assault Transport
Sniper + Zombard
Bomber + Acid Sprayer + Zenith Starship

Tackle drones + spire blade spawners/enclave starships.

Also good is TDLs + Snipers, Sentinel Frigates, and/or Bombards.  Add in Riots and Plasma Sieges, and you can pretty much /lol at enemy fleetships.

My other bonus ship is a TARDIS.

I am playing a game with Sentinel Frig initially, and there's both TDL and Spider bots as 1st choice of 2 different ARS...this is gonna be so fun!

Space planes and eye bots.
Eye bots to kill anything evil under FFs and the near invulnerable space planes for the rest.
Saves massive amouts of resource for everything else.
