It seems in my current game I'm getting an occasional handful of non-teleporting ships, like fighters or bombers, appearing from spots out on the perimeter of my planets. Like out where warp counterattack guard post ships would normally come from, except these are not coming as a warp counterattack. It seems like I'll get a normal attack coming out of a wormhole, and then randomly a few ships just appear around the perimeter. I don't know if they're somehow teleporting there after coming from the wormhole, or just randomly appearing. Is this some game mechanic I'm not aware of, or should I toss up a bug report on this? I've got fallen spire turned on for this game, if that makes any difference.
