Remembering a conversation with Keith that I forgot to transcribe to a mantis BR regarding armor boosters and hydra...

It's -intended- that armor boosters provide a minimum armor level.

Regardling Laser Gatlings...

What do you think of turning them into Gatling Tazers (no stacking paralysis, no damage mulitpliers, and only one second stun regardless of mark, and half their current cap).
