Title: AI Has Spire Frigate?!?!

Well, just testing with another game, 5/5, Random All/Chivalric + The COre/Chivalric, and... Somehow the Random All AI gets Spire Frigate before I do... (surprise when I see one in threat). Better reveal the type...

Turns out that it is Spire Hammer. Well, I hope it won't send Spire Dreadnoughts to me later in the game...

A problem: I tried the Blitz speed, and Champions and Transports are still at original speed. This made kiting impossible
