AI Co-Processors - What am I missing?

Hey guys!  I'm hoping someone can clue me in on what I'm missing here and need to do to make this work out. 

I have 2 Co-Processors left and each one has a group of Vampires next to them ready to take them out.  When I do take them out all I get is a 40 AIP increase and never get the -120 that should happen when they're all gone.  There's still a Super Terminal left alive but do they have anything to do with each other?  Did I need to take the planets before blowing those up?

I included the save so hopefully this is easy and I'm just blind. ;)

I actually just skipped doing it and finished the game but I figure I'd better know what I missed before getting into the next one.

You have three co-processors left. You have one planet unexplored. Guess where the last one is hiding? :)

(Incidentally, a co-processor on an AI Homeworld is kind of mean.)

Thank you so much for that.  I even went in and killed that homeworld but I guess it never registered with me that that's where it was.

I'd have to agree with it being mean but maybe I had them scared?  Is throwing some scouts at the homeworld a bad idea?  From what I've seen scouts seem to rile up the AI much less than running a cloaked fleet ship around but I was still pretty hesitant to do it to the main planet.

Scout ships don't put the AI on alert. The AI will attack them if it can see them, but it won't affect anything otherwise. Fleet ships will put the AI on alert at that planet and that causes it to reinforce much more heavily. You can send scout ships around without worrying about a response, and going everywhere you can at least once is a good idea to see what's on every planet. :)

The Co-Processors are placed on the map when the map is created, the AI can't move them afterwards. Just a bit of bad luck that it was put on a homeworld.

Just a minor note: 
Normal Scout Drones will put not planets on alert, unless there are 50 or more in the same system. 
However, Scout Starships WILL alert AI systems and Spire Scouts WILL alert AI systems.

So if you were able to get a Scout Starship out to some far off system it would cause the AI to splits it's reinforcements to those planets as well as the ones next to you?

I'm going to pretend I scared the AI into hiding that co-processor from me and that it wasn't me being blind.  :D

A future tip:
At the bottom center of the Galaxy View, you can change "Displaying" to AI Progress Reducers, to indicate Data Centers, Civilian Leaders, Co-Processors, Super Terminals.

If you click on "Stats" at the bottom left, then "Objectives", it should tell you about spotted Co-Processors, and you should be able to click on an individual entry to take your map view there. I personally prefer to use this for Golems over the galaxy view, but this sometimes throws too much information your way.
