Adjacent Planet out of Supply

I got a game where I was fine with new planets... then my last game has the same problem again. Every new planet i decide to attack will be resource cleaned and out of supply
Is there a way to disable those ships which use that nuclear waepon when creating a game? couldn't find them but I'm pretty sure it's them again!! It took me out of the game for now

Try posting a saved game, so we can take a look at it - Someone here will probably be able to tell you what is happening.
Nukes are rare enough that you shouldn't be encountering them regularly.

And there's your problem:  One of the two AI types that was randomly chosen was a Scorched Earth type.  That AI detonates a nuke, destroying the planet, whenever you destroy a command station belonging to that AI.  The other AI does not do that, as you can see if you capture the Burnori system.

Unfortunately, it looks like your translation doesn't stick the "AI 1" "AI 2" labels into the name and you've chosen the same color for both AIs.  This makes it difficult to tell the difference between the AIs, especially when trying to figure out differences like these.

i need to tell you that I always wanderered what was the number of AI for!! Now i know it gives different personalities to each opposing planet
