A newbie question of my own.

I'm sorry if this is stated elsewhere. Searching the forums or the wiki for "sniper" just led to a lot of old changelogs that don't really help with the issue.

My question is, how do forcefield immune units (like sniper turrets that shoot through them) interact with friendly shields? Do or do they not get the 75% damage debuff from normal ones? It's a bit hard to test this conclusively ingame given the relatively low damage they do.

Also, I'm assuming spire city forcefield domes do not have the debuff? I've used them and the damage seemed normal, but I'm asking just to make double-sure.

Friendly force fields reduce power of all fire from under them - force field immunity doesn't change anything.

Spire shields are not reducing damage - similar to FF Bearers shields.

Firing from under most FF 75% nerf
