Title: RTS Universe Down. Do not attempt repeated connections to #aiwar.

Currently, although I have no inside info, it appears RTSU has gone down.  All channels under their control, and their main site are not responding.

Sadly this means our IRC channel has gone with them.  In the mean time, there are Steam Groups, an Xfire Group, and Hamachi channels "AI War: Fleet Command (1-5).  Currently, 1-3 are full.  Please join channels 4 or 5.

RTSU has gone back up, and the IRC channel has resumed.
