When you know you're in trouble...

Aside from this screenshot I took, the game was pretty uneventful.  Though, ironically, I did actually lose 2 command stations during that wave, which is something that had done pretty well to avoid prior to that incident.

It was an 80 planet map, difficulty 7.6, AIs Mad Bomber and Feeding Parasite (randomed).  I did cross-planet waves mode because I enjoy it more and find it to be more realistic, so I had to make sure any planet adjacent to an enemy planet was well-protected.  On the bright side, this always keeps you ready for the ACTUAL cross-planet attacks of 1000+ ships that are destined to occur.

I thought I did pretty well for my first time doing an 80 planet map alone.  I managed to beat the game in under 7 hours and, for the first time ever, didn't even have to reload the game once!

Thanks for the great game!  Next time, difficulty 8 :D
