i just Purchased CoN , and was Pretty Excited to Try out the New Ships , So i Took a Random Nearby planet before begining to Capture all the ACS to unlock Quite an Array of Neinzul Ships , And while Playing around :
"Your Command Station is under attack"
My first reaction was all : "Can't be , I got No Wave Warnings When i got that Message" , But after it Flashed for Three minutes , i decided to View my Homeworld
Nothi- Holy ship , Neinzul Ships , Lots of them , too.
How i Could have Avoided it : Turrets , Plus The Fighters , Bombers , and other Stuff that i don't Really need , could be Stationed on my Homeplanet
Go ahead , Post yer Lethal Fails that could be easily Avoided

Forgetting to use tachyon emitters on wormholes that lead to my station getting smashed by a group of eye bots.

suddenly, neizul ships! thousands of them!
anyway, one of my first matches was versus a 1 and 2 difficulty AI. I captured a planet that had a dyson sphere on it (by accident) I swifty removed the command station, but by the time that happened, about 25 or so dyson gatlings were on the way to my home world... yeah... that didn't go so well.

If you Don't Understand : My Warhead Stockpile is too Bloody Close to my HomeBase and Thus , when a Bomber Wave of Cores Came in and Bombarded my Armor Warheads , Everything Went off and Turned my Homebase into Debris

I get teleport raiders from a ASL. I say oh cool. I then find they are great for killing tachyon Guardians, allowing me to scout more. Fantastic. I thin get it into my head to actually use them to scout around. SO they bounce bounce boucne right into tthe fist AI home world. I say "Oh coo..." YOU LOSE says the computer! I say what the hug?
Turnes out that one of the AI guardposts was one that launches devastating cross planert raids as soon as military ships enter the AI homeworld, and my homeworld and everywhere else had been drowned in a load bunch of ships, PLUS the level 4 units that had been set free by by bouncing Non cloaked teleporters through a load of core systems.
So aside from that minor issue of casueing me to lose, the experiment with Scouting with teleporters was a wonderful success. :P
