Rescue mission help.

I've been looking in buildings trying to find rescue missions for the past 5~ hours and haven't found one. I'd go into every building and check for secret missions but all I get are assassination in the desert and mostly anachronism in the city. I haven't found much help searching for rescue mission info, all I find is "look for secret missions" but that isn't working for me. Am I just really unlucky or do I need to look other places besides the desert and city?

Generally larger buildings are more likely to have rescue missions. The rescue missions can be found as secret missions, but there are also rescue mission rooms that are also marked on your map that give them 100% of the time.

The larger the building the larger the chance of a rescue mission node most of the time. But underground cave systems have an even better chance of quickly getting you one.
