Bug? Stuck on small island

See screenshot.  I took my a boat over from another port but I can't get back on the boat because the ports here are in a storm.  Figures this is the only spot on this map with skelebot junkyards.  I'll eventually make a buoy over here, but for now I had to kill myself because it was the only way I could get back to my settlement.

They recently made it so you can't depart from a stormy port. You can still land on it though, otherwise you wouldn't be able to travel to the next continent.

If you bring up the main game menu there's a button to return you to town.

Sounds like they need a popup informing you of that fact when you land in a stormy port.

Probably should only allow ports on land connected to the settlement, or at least reachable via canoe.

actually, i just built some buoys to get there but it's impossible for me to get rid of the storm on the land.  The next closer land tile where I can place a windmill is more than 4 tiles away.  so there is no way i can build a windmill on the island.

That part has been fixed as of 1.013.
