I have 3 survivors parked on one of them and 4 on the other but I don't have a mission option. The tooltip mentions a control panel but I never saw one unless the wind generator is standing in for them. I advanced a turn with survivors on one of them I think but it never said anything happened.

EDIT: Looks like I just needed to advance another turn as they are both destroyed now.

If we have an option for disabling the tutorial stuff it probably won't be until fairly late in beta because the tutorial keeps changing and it needs testing too :)
At least one professional in game design theory says "Tutorials should always be skippable". I think there aught to definitely be an option just when starting up a world to simply remove the tutorial dialogs and stuff... but yeah, only fairly late in design so that you know every time the tutorial breaks.

Stuff to add to the tutorial: Pointing out that leaving survivors somewhere lets jobs get done.
