Is there any reason each settlement has its own strategic resource pool? Since at the moment you can effectively move around the resources to where you need them without taking any strategic turns and it's just tedious micro management. It'd be much nicer if all the settlements just pulled from and deposited to a global pool and would be much easier for the player to keep track of. And along the same lines just have the player also share from the pool so they don't have to drop off resources and pull them out when needed.
