I agree, but I cannot pull myself together. Opinion is subjective and everyone is entitled to one. But Bronies are just like the biggest trash and annoying memes ever. It makes you look like an idiot. And I would like if this forum was clean of such nonsense.

Anyone not liking ponies and those who do is just grumpy and intolerant by choice. That'd be like saying you don't like cute baby animals or lolcatz. Or worse, you don't like people who do. (Which just means you don't understand the Intertubes OR people)

The point of memes is that once it becomes mainstream, as ponies are now you can subvert it by including it in relation to something that is so absurd and out of the mainstream that it becomes a meme subversion and extends the reach of the meme. Said bugfix topic is a good example (imo) but also music remixes and loops and the voice over stuff (the TF2 Pony dub is hilariously insanely awesome). And doing that is fun. Which is why so many people do it.

This. But that goes for ANY picture spammer. Not just bronies. As I stated earlier, I don't care who or what you are, you are welcome here as long as you stick to the rules. It's that simple. Which, tbh, I don't feel you did, junker154. That was out of line, in spite of what you personally think of "bronies".

I cease to be annoying if someone stops with this moronic stuff. I do not want to be spammed with some Bronies pictures on every reply and such. I do not mind memes at all, some are really funny and I like them but Pronies were seriously just retarded. Yeah everyone has an opinion and such.

But seriously look at that crap. I am also aware that whenever I complain about it online, it only raise the awarness of this meme and only enhances it's future use. I never complained about it and ignored it but I cannot stand it anymore  So I apologize if I may look rude.

Telling bronies to go away, though, achieves nothing. For the most part, it simply means you get spammed with either something along of the lines of 'a troll, d'aww, how cute', or the Orbital Friendship Cannon. For me, I just sit and munch my popcorn and watch the fireworks bounce back and forth.

There was a weird ATI driver bug that caused performance in the game to drop for some people unless they had 2 youtube videos playing in the background. The videos chosen by the person who discovered the bug (Castruccio) were of My Little Pony, and ever since then it's sort of become AVWW's unofficial joke.
