I'm on continent three and on the verge of kicking it into high gear, leveling spells and raising tiers like nobody's business. Problem is, my settlement spawned without a lumbermancer, which means no buildings, which means no guardian powers, which means lots of storms, no resource finders, and no searching for survivors.
I know that there's supposed to be more Rescue Survivor missions popping up since a relatively recent patch, but I can't seem to FIND them, even after searching two regions and all the buildings in them inside and out. Can anyone give me any hints as to where they feel rescue missions commonly spawn?
