Possible Glitch/Incomplete Chunk

I just started a new game with the new patch. I'm in a building looking for a perk token, but i cannot progress further because the room (i saved in) has no door to progress further.

Not yet, it's on Chris' list, but... he's got a TON of stuff to do.

Happily, this is not a bug!  The buildings with the double perk tokens have two paths off their first room: one that is a dead end and one that is not.  If you go back to the left to the next screen over, you'll see the entrance where you came into the building.  Right next to that door is a door leading left, and that goes to the perk token.

Double perk token? I've never seen that happen, even in the buildings you can go left or right in. One of the paths has a token and the other doesn't.

Right, one path has a token and the other does not. The pyramids actually have triple perk tokens in their final room though.
