I just came across this in game while exploring deep into the caverns and I found myself just standing around in awe. FRIGGING AWESOME TUNE! This one definitely knocks my old favourite off its throne. Just felt I need to share this. Publically. You're awesome.

Is that the new undergroumd music that was added recently? If so, then it's one of my favorite themes too. My other favorites are the Lieutenant interior and Lieutenant Battle themes.

My favorite is still probably IntroMission1.ogg
IMO, it is a glorious reprise of the title theme. And in the later half, it even sounds quite a bit like the more piano based tracks of AI War, which is a very good thing.

Also, I highly recommend listening to the music on its own, especially straight from the ogg files. There is quite a depth of harmony that gets "overshadowed" by the in game sound effects (especially the quieter parts), but if you take the time to listen to them, it makes the songs sound even more awesome.

EDIT: Oh yea, in the middle also strongly reminds me of the background theme from Swim, Ikachan!

I'm personally more in favor of Desert.ogg, I find myself firing spells to the music even at times, without even thinking of it :x

But most of the music is awesome anyway
